Christa is the best, hands down.

I've worked with her twice to purchase homes, and she's always so helpful. This second time, my wife and I were selling our home and looking for a bigger home.

Discouraged about what we thought we could afford, Christa presented us with real numbers in terms of purchase price and monthly payment. These numbers were presented to us at our convenience after work hours. It was so helpful to sit down and actually know for sure how much house we could afford.

Christa also provided advice about how much to put down, whether or not to opt for PMI and put less down and use money elsewhere to either reinvest or pay off other liabilities. She really wanted to present us with options that made our home sale work for us in other ways than simply purchasing our next home.

Because of this, we're getting our forever home, and are going to be much, much closer to financial freedom.
